Amplify is a freeware Macintosh program for simulating and testing polymerase chain reactions (PCRs). It can also be used as a tool for designing primers by evaluating candidates. If you don't know what all this means, then you have no use for Amplify.
This is a version 1.0. It runs on Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) and later (Yosemite). It has all planned features.

Note: Amplify was written personally by me, and I am not one of Apple's certified developers. Therefore, you might have to change your System Preferences under the Security tab so that it will "Allow apps downloaded from ... anywhere." Alternatively, you can open Amplify by control-clicking on it, select Open, and then click on Open again.
